Jonathan Smythe (1999–25 September 2019) was an American multi-platinum media sensation, singer, and internationally wanted criminal. The hitman, Agent 47, assassinated Smythe at his private party at the Palais de Walewska in Paris.
Biography[]
Early life[]
Jonathan Smythe was born in 1999 in New York City, New York to an affluent family. Eventually, at the age of 17, he murdered four teens in a carpool by T-boning them into a lake, drowning and/or crushing the occupants. Lacking remorse, Smythe fled the country using his father's stolen funds and built a highly successful music and media career.
He released his first album, Traceless, in 2016, almost directly after the multiple homicide. It would sell 50 million copies, both digital and physical, within the first three months of release. This made Smythe a very rich man, hosting a large financial empire that has only been bolstered by the controversy. He stored roughly $1.2 billion in a holding company in Malta called ULTRA.
Smythe primarily lived in hotels under assumed names, and on yachts in international waters, far beyond the reach of conventional justice. To celebrate his third album, he attended the 2019 Sanguine fashion show at the Palais de Walewska in Paris, France.
Death[]
The ICA, contracted by Interpol, caught wind of this, and sent Agent 47 to eliminate the media sensation. 47 would spike Smythe's vodka glass with a lethal poison, with Smythe collapsing dead upon drinking the alcohol.
His death was quickly covered up, being ruled a suicide by Interpol officials to hide the fact that he was murdered. Several conspiracy theories popped up disputing the fact, though were quickly dismissed by the populace at large.
