Jonas Caballero Echevarría (1963-2005) was a Tijuana Cartel dope dealer who operated out of Los Toros, Baja California during the 2000s. In 2005, he and 12 other Mexican dope dealers were gunned down by undercover DEA agent Ramiro Cruz.
