John Tod (1779-27 March 1830) was a member of the US House of Representatives (DR-PA 8) from 4 March 1821 to 3 March 1823 (succeeding Robert Philson and preceding Samuel D. Ingham and Thomas J. Rogers) and from PA-13 from 4 March 1823 to 1823 (succeeding Andrew Stewart and preceding Alexander Thomson). Born in Suffield, Connecticut, he became a lawyer in Bedford, Pennsylvania before serving in the state and national legislatures. He died in 1830.
