Johnathan "John" Tanner (born 12 October 1973) was an undercover police officer from Miami, Florida. He intercepted a worldwide car smuggling operation headed by crime lord Charles Jericho.
Biography[]
Johnathan Tanner was born October 12th 1973 in New York City to a family of English descent. Tanner was a former race car driver whose career was cut short due to an accident. He later became a NYPD police detective before being transferred to Miami to infiltrate the Castaldi crime family.

In May 2004, Tanner returned to Miami with partner Tobias Jones in order to investigate the South Beach gang, who were trafficking stolen cars to buyers in Europe. While infiltrating the gang's operations in Nice, Tanner uncovered the car thief culprit as Charles Jericho.
