John Scott Harrison (4 October 1804-25 May 1878) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-OH 2) from 4 March 1853 to 3 March 1857, succeeding Lewis D. Campbell and preceding William S. Groesbeck. Born in Vincennes, Indiana, the son of William Henry Harrison, he farmed before serving in Congress. he later became a Constitutional Unionist and a Democrat, failing to run for Lieutenant Governor of Ohio in 1861.
