John S. Blaine (died 1878) was an American hoodlum who was affiliated with the nativist "Teddy Boys" gang in San Francisco, California during the 1870s. In 1878, he and the rest of his gang were tracked down to their warehouse hideout and slaughtered by the Chinese vigilantes Ah Toy, Ah Sahm, and Lai.
