
John Myer Bowers (25 September 1772 – 24 February 1846) was a member of the US House of Representatives (F-NY 15) from 21 June to 20 December 1813, succeeding Peter Buell Porter and preceding Isaac Williams Jr. and Joel Thompson.

John Myer Bowers was born in Boston, Massachusetts in 1772, and he became a lawyer in 1802 and settled in Cooperstown, New York. He served in the US House of Representatives in 1813, and he died in 1846.
