John Jairo "Pinina" Arias Tascón (1961-13 June 1990) was a sicario of the Medellin Cartel who was responsible for hundreds of murders.

John Jairo Arias was born in the slums of Medellin, Colombia, and he was involved with crime from a young age; he became a hitman at the age of 15. He recruited locals as hired assassins for the Medellin Cartel, and he became one of Pablo Escobar's most trusted sicarios. On 30 April 1984, he carried out the assassination of Justice Minister Rodrigo Lara, and he was responsible for the 1989 DAS Building bombing. On 13 June 1990, he was killed in a police operation at his apartment in the El Poblado neighborhood of Medellin.
