John Jones Milligan (10 December 1795 – 20 April 1875) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-DE) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1839, succeeding Kensey Johns Jr. and preceding Thomas Robinson Jr..

Biography[]

John Jones Milligan was born in Cecil County, Maryland in 1795, and he was elected to the US House of Representatives from 1831 to 1839 as a National Republican and Whig. After he was defeated for re-election in 1838, he was appointed Associate Judge of the Delaware Superior Court, serving from 1839 to 1864. He died in retirement in Philadelphia in 1875.
