John Henry Hubbard (24 March 1804-20 June 1872) was a member of the US House of Representatives (R-CN 4) from 4 March 1863 to 4 March 1867, succeeding George Catlin Woodruff and preceding William Henry Barnum.

John Henry Hubbard was born in Salisbury, Connecticut in 1804, and he became a lawyer in Lakeville in 1828, served in the State Senate from 1847 to 1849, served as prosecuting attorney from 1849 to 1852, and in the US House of Representatives from 1863 to 1867. He died in 1872.
