John Geyer (18 April 1777 – 25 October 1835) was Mayor of Philadelphia from 1813 to 1814, succeeding John Barker and preceding Robert Wharton.

Biography[]

John Geyer was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in 1777, and he worked as a printer, publishing a German newspaper in the city. He was elected an alderman in 1811 and as a register of wills, and he served as Mayor from 1813 to 1814. He died in 1835.
