
John Dickson (1 June 1783-22 February 1852) was a member of the US House of Representatives (AM-NY 26) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1835, succeeding Jehiel H. Halsey and Robert S. Rose and preceding Francis Granger. Born in Keene, New Hampshire, he practiced law in West Bloomfield, New York before serving in the state assembly in 1829 and 1830 and in Congress.
