John Brisbin (!3 July 1818-3 February 1880) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 11) from 15 January to 3 March 1851, succeeding Chester P. Butler and preceding Henry Mills Fuller. Born in Sherburne, New York, he practiced law in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania before serving in Congress and as a railroad president.
