John Blair (13 September 1790-9 July 1863) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-TN 1) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1835, succeeding John Rhea and preceding William B. Carter. Born in Jonesborough, he practiced law before serving in the state house from 1815 to 1817, the state senate from 1817 to 1821, in Congress, and in the state house from 1849 to 1850.
