Joseph "Joey" Leone (born 20 March 1968) was the underboss of the Leone crime family and the son of Don Salvatore Leone. He was not involved in Mafia business, however, instead focusing on small-time crime such as car theft and working as a mechanic.

Joey Leone was born in 1968 in Brooklyn, New York City, the son of Don Salvatore Leone of the Italian Leone crime family. Leone was an underboss of the family, but he showed no interest in business affairs, instead focusing on stealing cars and working as a mechanic. He did attend important family meetings, but he tended to his "legitimate" job as a mechanic. He was often visited by his favorite prostitute, "Misty", and Leone lived a comfortable life. Leone worked with Carl Johnson during the late 1980s and early 1990s and then with Claude Speed in 2001, sending Claude to perform various tasks against the Brooklyn Triads and the Forelli crime family. However, Claude would later kill Salvatore Leone, and he never met Joey again.
