Joey Jackson was born in New York City, and he interned for Congressman Charles Rangel before becoming a lawyer in 1995. He became a nationally-recognized criminal defense attorney, representing individuals and labor unions in state and federal courts; he also became an Assistant District Attorney under Robert Morgenthau, served as a prosecutor, and joined Koehler & Isaacs LLP as a senior trial counsel. Jackson became a much sought-after legal commentator for Court TVIn Session, Fox News, MSNBC, ABC, CNN, and HLN.
