Joey Doyle (died 1954) was an Hoboken, New Jersey longshoreman. In 1954, he was called to testify against mob-connected union boss Michael J. Skelly before the Waterfront Crime Commission, but Terry Malloy lured Doyle onto the roof of his apartment, ostensibly to return his lost pigeon to him. However, mobsters were waiting on the roof, and they threw Doyle to his death.
