
Joel Keith Mann (1 August 1780-28 August 1857) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 5) from 4 March 1831 to 3 March 1835, succeeding John B. Sterigere and preceding Jacob Fry Jr.. Born in Cheltenham Township, he farmed before serving in the state house from 1817 to 1820, in the state senate from 1824 to 1829, and in Congress.
