Vincent "Jimmy" Angelino (died 1988) was a Colombo crime family capo.
Biography[]
Vincent Angelino was best friends with Michael Franzese, and he became a caporegime of the Colombo crime family in Brooklyn. During the 1980s, he drove Franzese to a meeting with the family bosses, who angrily reminded the increasingly powerful captain that he could not get away with insubordination. In 1988, Angelino vied for the title of acting boss of the Colombo family, and Vittorio Orena decided to have Angelino whacked so that he could take that title for himself. Angelino was fatally shot at a basement meeting in Kenilworth, New Jersey by Carmine Sessa. Joseph Legrano wrapped his body up, and Dennis DeLucia drove his body to a hiding spot.
