Ji Huang was a Chinese-American casino owner and Long Zii Tong associate who lived in San Francisco's Chinatown during the 1870s. In 1878, he worked with Mai Ling to expand his casino's profits, although he was taken aback by her granting him permission without consulting Long Zii.
