Biography[]
Ji An was a genius in heavy artillery, and joined the Korean Peoples' Army under the command of General Chin Chang. Ji An's skills were honed in trading information with Middle Eastern nationals and experts in constructing a supergun to establish North Korean superiority over the East China Sea. By 2009, a prototype Type-07 Supergun had been constructed and sheltered by the Heuk Dae Moon ("The Black Gate").
That year, the United Nations, People's Republic of China, and South Korea launched an invasion to overthrow General Choi Song's new dictatorship regime. Ji An was in command of the Heuk Dae Moon fortress in the far north of the Southern Provinces, and made sure that it was nearly impregnable to conventional attacks. A month into the campaign, he began a bombing of Tokyo.
Ji An was tracked down by mercenary Jennifer Mui, who destroyed the defenses of the Black Gate with South Korean aid. Ji An, using a Light Machine Gun, attempted to kill Mui after she destroyed the Supergun with a Cruise Missile strike, but Mui knocked him out with the butt of her gun and cuffed him, and delivered him to a UN extraction helicopter.
