The Jewish Combat Organization (Zydowska Organizcja Bojowa) was a Jewish resistance movement in occupied Poland who fought against Nazi Germany during World War II. Formed on 22 July 1942 after deportations from the Warsaw Ghetto began, the ZOB took part in the failed 1943 Warsaw Ghetto Uprising against the Germans. Later, some forces of the ZOB took part in the 1944 Warsaw Uprising, another failed uprising.
