Jesse Miller (1800-20 August 1850) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 13) from 4 March 1833 to 30 October 1836, succeeding George Burd and preceding James Black. Born in Landisburg, he served as Perry County sheriff from 1823 to 1826, in the state house from 1826 to 1828, in the state senate from 1827 to 1832, in Congress, as First Auditor of the Treasury from 1836 to 1842, as canal commissioner from 1844 to 1845, and as Secretary of the Commonwealth from 1845 to 1848.
