
Jesse Column Dickey (27 February 1807-19 February 1890) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-PA 7) from 4 March 1849 to 3 March 1851, succeeding Abraham Robinson McIlvaine and preceding John Alexander Morrison. Born in New Castle, he was raised in New London and worked as a farmer before serving in the state house from 1843 to 1845, in Congress, and as a Union Army paymaster during the American Civil War.
