Jesse in 1979
Jesse (born 24 January 1954) was the Warchief of The Orphans gang in Tremont, New York City. He was close friends with Orphans leader Sully.

Jesse was born in the Bronx, New York City in January 1954 to a Puerto Rican family.
Jesse retired from The Orphans sometime after 1979 and worked in social services in the New York area.
