Jeffrey Matthew Billups (1863-1899) was an American Pinkerton agent during the late 19th century. In 1899, Leviticus Cornwall sent him and a score of other Pinkerton agents to hunt down Dutch van der Linde, locating him at the tavern in Valentine, Nebraska. The Pinkertons succeeded in taking John Marston and Leopold Strauss captive, but fellow gang member Arthur Morgan killed the Pinkertons to rescue Marston and Strauss.
