Jean de Brabant (1068-1236) was a nobleman of the Kingdom of France.
Biography[]
Jean de Brabant was a member of the House of Brabant, and in 1098 he was adopted by Prince Louis of France. He conquered Bern from the Swiss rebels, adding Switzerland to France's kingdom.
