Jawhar Shariff (died 1191) was a general of the Ayyubid Caliphate.

Jawhar Shariff was one of Majd ud-Din's two deputies, alongside Azhaar Radwan. In 1191, an apprentice of the Assassin Order asked Altair Ibn-La'Ahad to assassinate the two men for him, so Altair killed Shariff as he investigated a pile of guard corpses.
