Biography[]
Jasper Tudor was the second son of Owen Tudor and Catherine of Valois, and he was the half-brother of King Henry VI of England, who named his half-brother Earl of Pembroke. Jasper became responsible for maintaining the Lancastrian ties in Wales during the Wars of the Roses, and he was defeated at Mortimer's Cross in 1461.
