Jared McClelland (1867-) was a resident of Rhodes, Louisiana during the late 19th century. In 1899, he took part in the drunken revelries at the Rhodes Parlour House when Hosea Matthews (going by "Melvin") and Arthur Morgan (pretending to be his mute brother "Fenton") distributed free moonshine to advertise the Braithwaite family's moonshining business.
