The January 1791 Palais-Royal Riots was an event that occurred in January 1791, when the people of the Vendome district of Le Louvre in Paris, France rioted against the rule of King Louis XVI of France.

In January 1791, a mob of hundreds of people gathered outside of the Palais-Royal in the Vendome neighorhood of Le Louvre, Paris to riot against the rule of King Louis XVI of France. At least twelve National Guard troops and two extremists were killed, stabbed by swords by the crowd, while at least two civilians were found dead in the square. During the riots, Arno Dorian killed Xavier Bombelles after he stabbed Roland Baillarge, and killed a few extremists after they killed Gwenael Beauvais.
