
James Wilson (28 April 1779-19 July 1868) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 11) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1829, succeeding George Plumer and preceding Thomas Hartley Crawford. Born in Millerstown, he served as a justice of the peace from 1811 to 1822 and from 1830 to 1859.
