James Walker (1828-1856) was the brother of William Walker.
Biography[]
James Walker was the youngest brother of William Walker and Norvell Walker, and he and Norvell travelled to Granada, Nicaragua in 1855 to join their brother after he becmae commander-in-chief of the Nicaraguan Army. William was cold towards his younger brothers, giving them little attention as he cared for the matters of his state, and Norvell and James were made lieutenants after Norvell pestered William for compensation for their months' journey to Central America. James Walker died in Nicaragua in 1856, a year before Norvell and four years before William.
