James William Gazlay (23 July 1784-8 June 1874) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-OH 1) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1825, succeeding Thomas R. Ross and preceding James Findlay. Born in New York City, he practiced law in Cincinnati, Ohio before serving in Congress.
