James P. Heath (21 December 1777-12 June 1854) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-MD 4) from 4 March 1833 to 3 March 1835, succeeding Francis Thomas and preceding Benjamin Chew Howard and Isaac McKim. Born in Delaware, he served in the War of 1812 before serving in Congress.
