James Liam Mansley (born 1954 - died February 28, 2004) was the manager of 80s action movie star Rex Stanton. He was a major drug trafficker on the side, as he closes a deal with Manuel Delgado and even plans to see Fernando Delgado. This would never occur as he doesn't ever enter the Hacienda - Agent 47 would kill Manual, Fernando, and eventually James himself.
It's been theorized that James' real identity was actually that of Jose Delgado, Fernando's half-son and Manuel's half-brother, who was never seen in public.
