James F. Strother

James F. Strother (4 September 1811-20 September 1860) was a member of the US House of Representatives (W-VA 9) from 4 March 1851 to 3 March 1853, succeeding Jeremiah Morton and preceding John Letcher. Born in Culpeper County, he practiced law in Washington before serving in the state house from 1840 to 1851 and in Congress.
