Jamal Abu Samhadana (8 February 1963-8 June 2006) was the founder and leader of the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC) of Palestine from 2000 to 2006, preceding Kamal al-Nairab.

Jamal Abu Samhadana was the founder of the Popular Resistance Committees (PRC), a group of Palestinian rebel organizations that fired rockets into Israel. He founded the PRC after leaving Fatah, and although Palestinian president Mahmoud Abbas attempted to prevent the PRC from being formed, Hamas ignored him and let Samhadana form his group. In December 2004, Samhadana survived an Israeli missile strike in the Gaza Strip, and became a leader of the Second Intifada. However, on 8 June 2006 he was killed when Israeli Apache helicopters fired four missiles at a PRC camp in Rafah, killing him with over three other PRC members.
