The Jade Lotus is a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown, Yokohama, Japan. In addition to being a large, upscale, and popular restaurant, the Jade Lotus also served as the headquarters of the Snake Flower Triad, and it was the site of a 9 December 2005 brawl between former yakuza Kazuma Kiryu and the triad after triad boss Lau Ka Long kidnapped Haruka Sawamura, a young girl whom he had sworn to protect; one triad was accidentally gunned down by another, and several other triads were injured by Kiryu.
