The Jade Gang was a set of the Sun On Yee triad of Hong Kong. The gang was involved with importing drugs into Hong Kong, as well as fighting against the Water Street Gang for control of the Night Market district of Hong Kong. The rivalry would come to an end in 2012 when Jade Gang leader Dogeyes Lin was murdered by the Water Street Gang, who avenged the death of their leader Winston Chu by sending Lin to Chu's mother to be killed with a butcher knife. In addition, the Jade Gang's biggest ally, Red Pole Big Smile Lee, was also taken down that same year, leaving the Water Street Gang as the most powerful set of the gang.
