Jacques-Henri Jacquart was born in 1932. He was the son of Edmond Jacquart, a fascist collaborator during the German occupation of France in World War II.
In 1993, he was the owner of the Château de Montmirail and neighbour of Béatrice Goulard de Montmirail.
