
Jacob Krebs (13 March 1782-26 September 1847) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-PA 7) from 4 December 1826 to 3 March 1827, succeeding Henry Wilson and preceding Joseph Fry Jr.. Born in Longswmap Township, he became a farmer in Schuylkill Haven and served in the state house from 1812 to 1814, in Congress from 1826 to 1827, and in the state senate from 1828 to 1836.
