Jacob C. Isacks (1 January 1767-31 August 1835) was a member of the US House of Representatives (D-TN 4) from 4 March 1823 to 3 March 1833, succeeding Robert Allen and preceding James Israel Standifer. Born in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, he settled in Winchester, Tennessee before serving in Congress.
