Early life[]

Jack Speed was born in 1992, the illegitimate son of criminal Claude Speed and his girlfriend Catalina Vialpando. Speed was left to grow up on the streets of San Francisco as a youth, as his parents moved around the country to carry out crimes for money. Jack Speed became involved with drug dealing and petty theft as a teenager, and he befriended some Los Angeles gangsters such as Lamar Davis on social media. In 2013, Speed was arrested by the LAPD for committing a crime for Jacob Mendelhaus' German Mafia Family gang, leading to him being transferred to a Los Angeles prison. After his release, Speed was given Mendelhaus' old apartment building in Downtown Los Angeles, as Mendelhaus moved into a high-end apartment to plan heists. Speed, new to the city, was given a large sum of money from Mendelhaus, who let him take over his old property and vehicles. Speed would make the apartment his home, and he kept some alcohol and marijuana there for his enjoyment.

Climbing the Ladder[]

Speed had the pleasure of inheriting not only Mendelhaus' goods and apartment, but also his connections; Speed was known as a reliable man, as he had committed several crimes before his arrival in Los Angeles. He was hired by Mexican cartel boss Martin Madrazo to carry out "gang attacks" against the major gangs of the city, including the Ballas, Vagos, Marabunta Grande, and mercenaries. Speed made some good money through the gang attacks and through doing work for several criminals, including his friends in The Families gang (such as Lamar Davis and Gerald Hubbard), Trevor Philips, Lester Crest, and Simeon Yetarian. In December, he decided to become a part of something bigger, and he made himself available for recruitment into a biker gang. Speed changed his style from a fancy gangster to put on a biker appearance, and he carried out several store robberies to prove his worth. He later joined the Wu Barrio MC upon invitation from the club's female president, and he went missing for several years, staying under the radar.

He made his return to the criminal scene in August 2020, when he purchased "the Palace" club in Venice Beach and became a nightclub owner. Speed worked with several close criminal associates to build up his criminal empire, taking part in a heist on Cayo Perico, taking part in gang attacks with them, building up his club with his ill-gotten gains, and making a name for himself as a hard-working and business-savvy criminal. He also frequented the Diamond Resort Hotel & Casino to spin the prize wheel almost nightly with his friends.
