Millio being shot by the assassins
Italo and Salvatore were two Neapolitan Camorra members who were loaned to DiMeo crime family boss Tony Soprano by Camorra boss Vittorio Zucca in exchange for Soprano selling his American cars for lower prices. The two lethal imports were used in the assassination of Lupertazzi crime family capo Rusty Millio in 2006, as well as the murder of Phil Leotardo's mistress and father.

Italo[]
Italo was one of the two original assassins, alongside his partner Salvatore. His first hit was Rusty Millio in 2006, with Italo pretending to be an Italian tourist asking for directions to the Brooklyn Museum. Italo again used his acting skills during the attempted hit on Phil Leotardo, pretending to be a deliveryman during the hit on Leotardo's Ukrainian mistress and her father. He thought that, because the mistress called her father (who looked similar to Leotardo) "daddy", that the father was actually Leotardo, and he shot him dead.
Salvatore[]
Salvatore was one of the two original assassins, alongside his partner Italo. His only hit in America was the hit on Rusty Millio, during which he played the role of the ambusher. As Italo distracted Millio by pretending to be an Italian tourist asking for directions, Salvatore snuck up on the driver's side of the vehicle and shot both Rusty Millio and Eddie Pietro dead, firing several shots at the two of them. He then dropped his gun and sped off in the getaway vehicle, which blocked the driveway.
Roberto[]
Roberto was another Neapolitan gunman, replacing Salvatore for the attempted hit on Leotardo. Roberto served as the getaway driver, smoking a cigarette in his car as Italo shot Leotardo's Ukrainian mistress and her father in their home. The two assassins realized that they had killed the wrong people, as Leotardo was not home at the time; they had been confused due to the photo of Leotardo looking similar to the father, as well as due to the mistress' calling her father "daddy", which they thought referred to her much older lover, Leotardo.
