Istaqa Armstrong (1861-1898) was an American outlaw of the Wild West who was affiliated with the Skinner Brothers gang in Utah during the 1890s. In 1898, he and scores of outlaws descended on Hanging Dog Ranch in Colorado, but they were gunned down by the armed farmhands and their hired helpers, Iron-Sights Jones and the Arizona Kid.
