Isshu Sugawara (born 7 January 1962) was a Japanese LDP politician who served in the House of Representatives for Tokyo's 9th district from 2003.
Biography[]
Isshu Sugawara was born in Nerima, Tokyo, Japan in 1962, and he was elected to the Nerima assembly in 1990 as an LDP candidate. He went on to be elected to the prefectural assembly in 1997 and to serve in the House of Representatives from 2003. Sugawara was affiliated with the reactionary Nippon Kaigi society.
