
Isnardo di Alando (born 6 August 1283) was an Italian condottiere and the leader of the Company of St. George during the early 14th century. Di Alando was from a minor noble family in Verona, northern Italy, and he became a mercenary in order to make money. He was elected captain of his company in 1308, and he was hired by the Duchy of Austria during its war with France in 1313. He also assisted Friedrich the Usurper with taking over the Holy Roman Empire.
