Isar-ul-Haq Qasmi

Isar-ul-Haq Qasmi (died 1991) was a Pakistani Islamic cleric and founded of Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan. He was assassinated in 1991.

Biography[]

Isar-ul-Haq Qasmi was born in the Jhang district of Punjab, Pakistan, and he became a Sunni cleric. He later went on to cofound Sipah-e-Sahaba Pakistan, and he served in its National Assembly from 1990 to 1991, representing Jhang. He was murdered during a by-elections campaign in 1991.
