
Isabella of Atholl (1164-1254) was Countess of Atholl from 1211 to 1235, succeeding Henry of Atholl and preceding Patrick of Atholl.
Biography[]
Isabella of Atholl was born in Atholl, the daughter of Henry of Atholl. She married the adventurer Thomas of Galloway, and she gave birth to Patrick of Atholl. She was Countess of Atholl from her father's death in 1211 until her son's accession in 1235, and, after her son's death, her sister Forbhlaith of Atholl became Countess. Isabella died in 1254.
